Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery time for our products is 7 to 15 business days from the shipment date. Delivery is available to all standard regions supported during the checkout process.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours, allowing you to trace your delivery status online.

Customs Delays, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that in rare circumstances, unpredictable delays may occur due to customs inspections. Piventra is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, nor for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
